Cant find!!! schemas doc

Hi,
can any one help?I came across a post on Sat that someone had kindly put on regarding
Schemas,it was a type of planning sheet, meant to bookmark but didn't, if anyone can point me in right direction
that would be great!

Hi I'm not too good at this techy stuff but if you type in 'schemas' in the search bit on the top right side of the screen(in blue) that should help you x
