Yes, thanks for that Sarah, I got it earlier today, had a quick look, it seems a really useful site. I have one set of parents who are really hot on healthy eating, bit of a headache at times, so at least now I can point to this, and also there is a section for parents, so I will direct them to that too. Every little helps....or so someone said:)
