I use my wn, I initially write times in my diary tgen transfer it to an excel spreadsheet that also serves as invoice, parents sign at the bottom of first page below hours attended and they get to keep the 2nd page with the total sum etc on it.

I use my own, well have designed a diary sheet to include planned activities, actual activities, attendance, any jobs to do, any event / appointment, snacks and lunches, notes for observations last of all a place for notes on next steps individually or as a setting! All on one form rather than having several bits of paper!

That looks nice Kevin.

I would say though, think about if you drop off & collect child from school or nursery. You would have an arrival time, a departure time (when they go into school/nursery), then a collection time (when you pick them up) and a final departure time when they go home.

Perhaps you could use 2 lines per day for children who come & go.

I make my own too - mine is split into morning and afternoon and has in and out for each in case I take a child to playgroup and then collect later so I can show only the times they are with me.

I use a A4 diary, I split each day into 3 sections, before school, all day, after school. then log each child in the section appropriate to them. Mrs O was ok
with the way I did it.
