TTO notice

Hi quick question, I have two boys who come term time only however parent pays half fees during holidays to retain space but never uses them and I'm free to fill space if I have an enquiry. She has given me notice however just wondering when the 4 weeks will be up? Does the Easter holiday count as part of the notice?

I would say yes as she is paying for a retainer fee
