Strange question but can you freeze then reheat pasta meals I know you get ready made ones but does it come out ok if you make it and freeze it yourself

I've done it when making individual portions of pasta bolognaise. I cooked the pasta until just done and then rinsed it in cold water. Then just put some pasta in each container and topped with the sauce. It worked well, the pasta wasn't too stodgy when I re-heated it :thumbsup:

A friend makes her own lasagne in bulk and freezes them too :-)
