whats happened to the NCMA???

i am not a member of the ncma, so have only just read online about the changes.

I am very curious as to why, at the time when their cm memebrs need them the most in the face of all the proposed changes, why they are expanding to include nursery workers????? Therefore taking people who could help with fighting the changes and spreading them more thin?? Or are they doing it as they know more than we do??

The widening of the membership has been in process for a while since at least last year.

Realistically like PLA they need every member they can get.

I dont see it as a bad thing them having nursery workers etc most of these do not want the increased ratios anyway :thumbsup:
