View Full Version : The definative list for a First Aid Kit??

Right I've done the couse got the certificate and now want to overhaul my First Aid Kit - OFSTED will be ringing for my inspection any day now :eek:

I can't seem to get my hands on a defo list for what is needed (and what isn't!!!) the book I got on my course is neither use nor ornament. I even rang the NCMA today but they were all vague too :panic:

Help ...... pretty please :D

i dont think their is a def list but their should be one in the back of your first aid booklet, if not not sure where you would get it

unless you just bought the kit and used that one

I would say everything on that list except for the wipes as these can often be an allergen, I would replace these with sterile water.

I would also get some dressings with bandages attached, a possibly a burns sheet (special gel type sheet that cools burns victims down fast, not for babies.)
