Help!

I have three children three and under two of my own children so I'm full in the eyfs
My son has just started nursery and soon to br school he will be making friends am I allowed to have his friend round for tea? It could bring me to four children under five but as its his friend just not sure how this stands with having friends over after school

Unless the friend is accompanied by another adult (parent etc. ) then no as at would be four children under five in your care. I hated this when mine were little.
