Defrosting Freezer...losing marbles!!

Can someone please explain to me why I decided to defrost the freezer rather than have a cuppa & a choc biscuit whilst the kids slept?

Coz its less fattening and uses up calories and provides exercise. It also provides snow/ice for an afternoon activity.

I use my steam cleaner or hairdryer and it doesn't take long - just enough time for that cuppa and biscuit
