Saga continues..... :(

Hi, My saga continues....so this woman I am having issues with and who owes me money has now gone quiet after our last legal letter. It's gone the time she said her uni would pay her funds, i have had no money and now I am thinking small court claim time....now am I able to claim interest? If so from when do I claim it and at what rate?

When I had to take a client to court I uad to make a choice....either charge the extra fee's eg late fee's etc that was in my contract or there was an area on the court forms for the court interest to be added. Cannot remember off the top of my head what that figure was. But the forms are pretty easy to fill in. good luck :0)
