Yep I have one attached to a double maclaren first time I used it was useless but hmmmm after reading instructions its great now :-)

Ive used mine for 7 months, 5 times a week, for a 40 minute school run. The only time i had problems was the first 2 times i used it, however once i figured out how to secure it better it has been a dream. (i do need to tighten the screw things on the pram at the end of every week, however i do this just because i can see they have very slightly moved, not because anything is wrong with the pod)

Ps - i have been using mine with my 3 and half year old girl

Love that it folds away so neatly once i am not using it

I've struggled to attach mine to my phil and teds even with the extra bar. Think it would be fine on a normal 4 wheel buggy.
