Well i havent had an enquiry in aaaages. Had a friend ask me r.e her son but it's fallen through which i was gutted about. BUT yesterday a mum who spoke to me when she was pregnant has asked me to have her little one:), only a few months old! I'm now in the process of doing up forms etc. Due to him starting so soon and them possibly not seeing the house first i wondered on the 'new child sheet' if there was anything ive missed to ask..its been ages since i did one so?! Ive done the normal food/nappies/sleeping/fav toy etc..anything i may have to add? then its permission forms, contracts//is that it?!
