I entered my ID and password correctly but it said I was incorrect and after several attemps put me through to security questions. I answered them correctly but again they said my answers were incorrect. Know I thought i knew my mothers maiden name, my high school and what colour my eyes are but apparently I don't.
I have emailed them but no answer yet. Anyone come across this with Computershare before?
