does anyone fill out planning sheets for over 5s especially during hols? i have eyfs ones but need something for over 5s

No I'm sorry I don't - I'll take photos of things we've done and select a few bits of artwork to keep but I don't write plans for individual children

the bromley CMA site has some - i think its under childminder resources.
