Hi all,

I have my first grading tomorrow! Just wondering if I have to link photos of children doing activities to observations? I do my observations as a list and I have put my photos onto one page all together to print out in one. Can I just show it like this or should I indicate what observation links to what pic?

Thanks,

Serin

I think it's properly good practice to link them, as that way it's more evidence and quicker for OFSTED to see

I link them, makes it easier to follow for Ofsted, and for parents too.

There is little value to photos without evidence of what the child learned and how that links to Development Matters...

Good luck! :D

I do picture observation and link it and I also print many pictures on one a4 paper from some activity we did or outing but I link them to to show what child get from it . It usually covers most areas.

All my photos I take tend to link to an observation otherwise there isn't much point to them, so yes, I would link them if you can
