look for '1001 things to do with....' different groups for different things, 'Sensory play ideas for children' , 'Childminding Group'

some are invitation only - childminders is good but you need to prove you are a childminder... mind your own business is generally very supportive too but you need to be invited.

There's a nice childminders wordwide which is great for finding info about what happens around the world and picking brains :D

Are you on Pinterest? I find loads of ideas there for activities but no good for talking to others!

Their tag line is "Pinterest is a tool for collecting and organizing things you love."

You 'bookmark called pining' sites with a picture from the site and these are public than anyone can see. These are stored in folders and you can follow other people and see what they are pining. eg Anna @ The Imagination Tree is a good one to follow. Be careful it is addictive!!!!

Just went onto the Learning 4 kids one lots really good - thank you, will be trying a few things from there. Tried few others but may be hidden xxx
