They did mine once they had been out to do my Pre-reg inspection. Mrs O took my completed forms away with her after viewing the ID's required.

They waited for mine to come back before they'd do my pre reg :laughing:

I had to have mine back before pre reg too. When they come for pre reg they want all paperwork in place. The new crb, medical report and CYPOP5 certificate. Hth

Mine was before my registration visit. Like Gail said they wouldnt come out until all the checks and paperwork is in place

Things have changed recently - now they seem to be wanting everything in place - medical checks, DBS (formerly CRB), training, first aid etc - before they visit.

You should be given all the forms at the end of your training - so maybe ask your course leader about it :D

Do ofsted send them looked on the site to down load the forms ready but couldn't find them

Yes they send them along with the health declaration booklet. You have to have your first aid before too but everything else can be done after. This was the requirement 2 weeks ago when I had my visit.
