An enquiry ... am I allowed?

Currently have no children on a Friday.

However, one of my existing mindees 27m will be changing to a Friday after Easter, as she will then be with her 5m sibling.

Just had an enquiry for a 9m old, for a start at the beginning of March.

Thus, if 9m old did start, in April when I have all three (they will be they will be 6m, 10-11m and 28m).

If I do the RA, would I be allowed to have to 1 under 1 for a period 1-2 months, one day a week?

I would say yes as it is only for a month, 2 months at most. Also the new child will be starting before the other child changes their days so you can write a variation for continuity of care.
