pass the parcel ideas please?

Its a mindees birthday tomorrow and she likes pass the parcel. They quite often pretend play pass the parcel with a book or something. I was thinking of having a challenge within each unwrap like do 5 star jumps or sing 'row row your boat' but was thinking of doing little cards that had an image on as well as words as they are not readers. This is being really lazy as I could have google searched ideas but I just wondered if anyone had any good ideas??

Re the pass the parcel, you could put in a playing card and then consult your "list" to tell what each child has to do...this allows you too tailor the task to the child!
