Does anybody have any ideas what I can do with my mindee for valentines and Mother's Day? If like him to make something but he isn't interested in arts and craft he'd rather just play x

He's 3. Was just thinking of taking him to get some flowers for her as she's a single parent too x

3 years old. I was going to let him choose a present for his mum but would rather him make something as I think it's more thoughtful. His mums a single parent so would like to do something for her x

Could you get him to drive a car through paint & then onto paper which you could cut into a heart to stick on a card? Or make into a magnet? Xx

Thanks for the ideas! I have a 30 month and 36 month who are not interested in crafts - I need to turn it into very messy play....

Lat year on Valetines Day I was being inspected, so I did with my two mindees aged 25 months and 14 months, cards with their handprints (one in pink, one in white) in the shape of a heart with a poem written around the outside. I took a photo for their learning journal, so will try and upload later.

with my 3yo mindee last year, we melted some crayons in the oven (in a heart shaped dish), then when it had hardened, we had a lovely little heart ornament. I then attached a little label saying "you melt my heart" :) He enjoyed breaking up the crayons and watching them melt.

Ooh I like this.. We have been playing with ice this week I could make heart shapes instead of just rounds :-)
