Thanks for that. No massive change for childminder ratios. So no fee changes there. Cannot see how ofsted would cope having to handle all the payments for 2 and 3 year old funding it can be a joke if we have issues in our la with payments. The only possible plus would be that our local authority try to place 2 year old funded children into council nurseries instead of minders thus keeping money in house so to speak. If ofsted deal with that then they would be more impartial I would think.
