hi there wandered if anyone could help me with a bit of info with crb checks, my partner got a caution 2 years ago with the police, and i am worried that this might effect me from becoming a childminder, he will not be in the house the whole of time i am childminder, has anybody else ever had any worries about this??? HELP!!!!!!!!!

You won't know I'm afraid until you put your application through and send off his CRB check.
It's unlikely to affect childminding unless it was something to do with children and each case is looked at by Ofsted individually, with a chance to appeal if they turn you down.
It doesn't make any difference whether he'll be in the house or not, he will need a CRB.
