Hi guys
wonder if none has heard of this before
Thinking of working with another registered childminder, the premises is a house, but neither of our homes, it is leased to my friend but she won't be living there, so we will rent it togther and then at the end of the day, go home to our houses.
any advice or anyone does this before, we are both now in agreement that we love childminding, but fed up with our homes being constantly messy and dirty and needing daily cleaning etc.

Well a childminder is someone who works in their own home. I'm not sure whether this would qualify as your home or not. Be interesting to see what others say.

Hmm tricky one, I would ask ofsted as in a sense it sounds more like a small nursery set up than a childminders as such, although I can see it sounds like an nice set up to work together and out of your homes. I would check with how it would work out with insurance etc too as the property will be used purely for business also.
