Not sure I'd be doing activities for ones so young to be honest. I would go with the 4yo's interests and see if the 2yo wants to join in but probably not the babies - def not the 5 month old!

singing, rhymes and action songs seem to be one of our best all rounders for any age. At 5 months, this is different, just provide toys and interstetign thinsg to look at, feel, listen too etc. They may enjoy watching activities.

A good idea is to have a theme, which the 4 yo could possibly do craft or something more advanced. The younger ones could have a treasure basket containing things to do with your theme. This means to are being inclusive but clearly not all children can do all activities.

I would do some edible messy play with them all, things like jelly, porridge, rice crispies and add small world toys then if they do eat some it wouldn't matter
