Improvement Plans

Hi everyone!

I'm just having a read through some bumph I received from NCMA recently, and one section refers to Improvement Plans. Do any of you have/do these, and if so could you please give me some advice as to what I need to write/include on these please - is there a specific layout?

I have one of these in the front of my reflection diary (instead of a SEF). I just made my own and it is in 2 parts : setting improvements and personal improvements. The setting improvements are listed are listed under the ECM 5 outcomes and I have given myself deadlines for when I would like to achieve them by. Hope that helps :)

I have an action plan as part of my SEF - what I intend to do next, how it will benefit the children and a note when it's done and what impact I am finding it has.

I think that's a very similar thing :D
