deposit or retainer??

help! i'm trying to gather my thought before i ring this parent back. she wants after school care from sept. do i charge deposit (if so how much) or retainer (if so how much)????

Personally I would ask for a deposit.

i don't realy like retainers for mindees before they have started, although do use them for my term time contracts in holidays, iyswim?

I would ask for a month & then deduct it as they start.

Others may do it differently, but at the end of the day do what ever suits you best as its your business that you are running.

Yep, deposit I've had an enquiry I need to chase up for sept and will be charging a deposit then I'll have to hide the money so I don't spend it!:laughing: :laughing:
