level 3 help please (develop a plan)

My level 3 is asking me to develop a plan to meet the development needs of a child.

Can somebody start me off please.

Ok, think about one of the children in your care and then work out a development plan from there. In essence all they are asking for is a snap shot assessment of where a child is and then how you are going to develop them on to their next stage. Just use the knowledge you already have.
