Hi, Im in the process of registering as a c/m mainly instigated by my partners daughter who is expecting. My partner and I am unmarried and obviously have diferent surnames. His daughters baby will have the same surname as himself.His daughter is a single parent and claims 70% of her child care costs. Will She be allowed to do this? What about ofsted when they come to inspect and see the childs name is the same as my partners?
