Is their any sheets any where that I can use for individual planning of child aged from 3 to 7 ? And do I need this for 8 and over !

You need to record obs and ideas for supporting learning until children go to full time school.
Have a look through free resources there are lots of ideas - and in the activity section of the forum :D
