POGO - PAPER JAM?

:(:panic::( my pogo keeps saying paper jam and won't print.

it did it yesterday and i put blue paper through and then it was fine, but nothing today :(

i've tried holding down the top, in case it needed a bit more pressure to make it work but :( no :( nothing.

have had to download to PC and print from printer :(

any ideas? or do i need to buy a new pogo?

i've had it probably about 3 years and its never been dropped ( unless DS has and not told me! )

You can open it up and remove the paper, put it back again - it might help and won't damage the paper :thumbsup:

Mine did this, ended up replacing it as it never recovered.

i keep taking the paper out and putting it back in. i wondered if it was because it was a bit bent, but even bending paper the other way its not working :(
