preschool policy help please

if I have a child all year round and they go preschool I still charge whilst they are at preschool as I cant fill that space, I want to put this in a policy so paernts understand this but whats the best way to word it?

I wrote a page of my terms and conditions which i hand out to parents. It's basically idiots guide and confirms I charge a full day rate for somebody who is in 1/2 day Playgroup as i will be responsible for them for the full day for e.g if school closes etc or summer holidays. X

I include it as a paragraph in my fees policy - parents get a copy and I test them on it :laughing: :D
