Mind Block!!! Incorporating individual planning with weekly plans

For some reason I'm having a complete C.R.A.F.T day.

As some of you know I lost all of my work & am trying to re-do some of my planning from the end of the year going of notes & daily diaries but I've forgotten how I incorporated the children's individual planning into the weekly group planning.

Any tips to jog my memory???

I plan for the group - then note on the child's individual play plan what they have done related to the activities.

I do one plan for for the group and put child's initials next to things that I have planned for them individually, usually from next steps or from a personal Interest.
