A lady in our town last year started as a childminder, now has 2 or 3 apprentices working with her over the 5 days, which is ok thy are about 17/18 ish, the apprentices do all the school runs/ pre school etc and probably look after the children.
This morning I was concerned one apprentice had 2 toddlers in a double buggy, 2 little ones walking only 2/3 year olds and a 5 year old for school. Feel in a quandary what to do? I have enough business so no sour grapes but just feel rules are being broken and I guess the apprentices don't really know ? There certainly is a Lot of children attending is childminders over the week.
What Would you do ?
