This morning one of my 9 year old daughters friends walked to school with us, she is not one of my mindees, on the way she walked into a lamppost hitting her shoulder I checked she was ok and we carried on when we crossed the road a bit further down she slipped on her bottom, she was more embarrassed than hurt I think. I text her mum and let her know and I also informed her teacher, do I have to fill in an incident form even though I'm not her childminder?
Will be grateful for advise :-/ Thanks in advance

No you don't need to, you informed mum and teacher which was good of you as you didn't have to do either.
