I'm after some advice. I've got my first inspection looming and am really nervous and worried about it and I've got no idea why. I've worked in a nursery for the last 10 years so have been through plenty if inspections but this time it's all eyes on me. What do they look at when they come out to inspect? Has anyone got any hints or advice to calm me down? What sort of paper work should I have in place I've got all my policies and procedures, risk assessments, quality of care report and the children all have scarp books so I just need to check these are up to date. Is there anything else I have forgotten? Thanks x

My report is on my website (http://www.cheekyrascalz.co.uk/) if you want to have a look. It is quite recent so gives a good idea of what they are looking for.

What a fantastic inspection report you have well done to both you and your husband it sounds like you run a lovely setting:clapping:
Your website is lovely too. You sound like a highly commended childminder and a great asset to your local community. Well done to both of you and Thank you for sharing it with me.
