Childminding, EYFS Documentation insight needed

Hello Everyone,

I hope you've all had a great Christmas! My name is Imran, and I am a student, in my final year of a BSc(Hons) Web Design course. I am currently working on my final year project which will consist of an Online EYFS Documentation Management System. In order for me to build a System that will greatly benefit both childminders and parents, I need an insight into how you currently document your paperwork, and your opinions, on possible features.

I have created a short questionnaire, to help me gather some information and was hoping if you would be kind enough to take a few minutes out of your day to complete the online questionnaire (link added below) Which, would allow me to design and build a system that would work with the childminders.

The student who is doing this research has been in touch with me recently and asked for help with it.

I have given him some website links and info about the EYFS to set him on the right path.

He is now asking for as many childminders as possible to complete his questionnaire so he can see if his project has anything to offer...

It doesn't take long to fill in if you have a few spare minutes in the next day or so guys please! :D
