Hi all

Can anyone recommend a play cot and pushchair? My pushchair has fallen apart and we have never had a little cot :) I have lots of children who love to play house!

Should I go for wooden? plastic? fold away? What do you have please?

I have 2 buggies from asda. Easy to replace. I have cot I got from old nanny job. I like the folding buggies as the boys ram them into my walls I can hide them for a while.

For indoors I have this one

Girls Pink Wooden Doll's Pram - Wooden Toys Direct (http://wooden-toys-direct.co.uk/Girls-Pink-Wooden-Dolls-Pram)

And for outside I have a couple of these:

Zapf Creation Baby Born Boy Stroller: Amazon.co.uk: Toys & Games (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000XVCBC6?tag=dooyoocouk-21)

The wooden one is lovely, but I wouldn't take it outside as it would ruin the wheels.

The folding ones are quite small, so ideal for the younger mindees. I also have a bigger Chicco one for older mindees. The folding ones do come indoors as well, so it's handy being able to fold them away. The fit nicely either under or behind the sofa.

Over the years I have had lots of bigger prams, but we just don't have the room for them indoors, as even if they fold up they're still quite big.

This is the cot we have at the moment, but ours is pine & green, not pink. I got it from a carboot sale for £3!

We use a basket as a cot, it doubles up as toy staorage and often children sit in it and it becomes a boat, a plane a train etc.
