Can anyone pinpoint the exact wording in the EYFS for me, where it states you can look after more than 3 under 5 if it is for continuity of care.. I am trying to find it to put in my risk assessment and cant see for looking!!!

Hi, section 3.29 says, "Exceptionally, and where the quality of care and safety and security of children is maintained, exceptions to the ratios may be made."
