Party games needed!

My team have been asked to provide the entertainment for 27 kids of eight and under at an afternoon/ evening wedding reception.
Can I have some party game or activity ideas?
A bit daunting this ....

craft activity - buy some kits from baker ross
make a crown and or a wand and decorate it

story telling, with props. get the older ones to help ... maybe act it out as you go?

singing with instruments ( could you then do a little concert???!!! )

will you have a room away from the rest of the party? could you have a dvd/quiet time?
