Usually this guide is only available to Childcare.co.uk gold members but as a special early Christmas gift we have decided to give it away to every forum member.

To access the free guide you need to have a free Childcare.co.uk account and be logged in. To view it just go here:

The file is in PDF format so you will need to have a PDF reader installed such as Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions (http://get.adobe.com/reader/)

Karen you need to register with childcare.co.uk to access the download - are you a member?

You don't have to be a gold / paying member - Richard has made this download available to all members as an early Christmas present! :D

Sometimes downloads go to strange places on your computer charlieamber... have you tried looking in your downloads folder? Or maybe it's been put into another folder??

You can search using your windows button on the bottom left of your screen - just put 'December' into the 'search programmes and files' thingy and see if the document comes up. If you see it in the list you can right click it and ask your computer to 'open file location' - you will see where things are going then!!

As this is a free resource offered for all childcare.co.uk members I am sure we can get it to you some other way if that doesn't work - but give it a go first !! :D

Hi, I have got that reader thing so dont think that is the problem.
I have looked in downloads and have 3 files saying unable to download.
I re-started laptop and still didnt work:(
