when do you worry about a child understanding?
I have a 16months old who just stare at you when you talk to him. he goes dead weight when you try to carry him. He never helps himself out of seats, chair.... he just waits and if you ask him to move his arm out of strap or else he screams at me.
he cries for parents all the time for EVERYTHING as soon as he sees them he throws himself on the floor and cry!! NON STOP
He's the younger of 2, I had sibling before who was a slow starter as well but I don't know something bugs me and i don't know what...
A part of me think it's just a big case of babying gone wrong lol I don't know
