ofsted security token

How do i get an ofsted security token so I can get on to my self evaluation for. I have a new computer and all my details were on my old one and I can't remember it. I have phoned ofsted and they were no help at all

i am sure there is a way of requesting one, or help!

i had problems accessing mine the other week, and emailed ofsted, and a lovely chap rang me.
