When a child moves on ......

What do you give the parents to take and keep? My children's journals have photos and examples of their craft work in them and little captions about where they were on each picture and what they did/liked etc. of course I always send this away with them to keep when they leave me, but does anyone send all the observations you have done on the child or do you keep hold of them with their other paperwork (contracts, child record forms etc)

when a child leaves they take with them their daily diary, their learning journey ( this will include all the observations etc ) /scrapbook, any photos used for self registration board, place mat and all their belongings !!!

i keep contract, medical forms, permission slips and all copies of paperwork that i hold, including invoices. these i put all togther in a plastic wallet, named with childs name & dates attended. these then get filed in a box in my loft!
