i can't find one, but i'm sure i've just mixed condensed milk, desicated coconut & icing sugar together before now! just looked, this site has some simple recipes. the ones i think i made are the coconut ladoo but i just mixed condensed milk with grated or desicated coconut and missed out the boiling bit! 10 Easy Diwali Indian Sweets Ladoo Recipes | Diwali 2012 (http://madcookingfusions.com/10-easy-diwali-indian-sweets-ladoo-recipes-diwali-2012/)

edited to say, i've just been reading some of the other recipes, and ghee is just clarified butter ( melt some butter and let it set, ghee is the clearish bit on the top! )

last time i made a fruit salad with tropical fruit and spices such as cardimon. much easier! and less messy!

200gms ground almonds
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 kg icing sugar
400gms desiccated conocnut
110 gms chopped mixed nuts
1 teaspoon ground cardaman
saffron or yellow food colouring

mis it all together, roll into small balls, sprinkle with nutmeg.
