well done, i hated the exam. Full of silly questions. Nursery cook sitting beside me had to have questions interpeted by her daughter. i wonder if she passed. how long are they valid?

This may vary with where you live. My EHO advised me that they'd accept the certificate for up to 5 years, but would need to make a very rigorous check on anyone who'd not done Food Safety for 3+ years. Mine only accept CIEH accredited courses, not the ones run on the cheap by any old Tom Dick and Harriet. I believe this can vary by LA also.

(Btw, we're not all ladies ;) )
