Bromley site

Is anyone having problems getting on the Bromley site. I can get into Other Downloads but when I try to get into their Policy site my computer detects an error and takes me out of the site. :(

Maybe they are updating their Policies, I know when I went on there a couple of weeks ago they still had the 'old' policies.
