Just found this good guidance on obs pdf on Surrey county council and thought a few of you might appreciate some guidance too !! I know I always need all the help I can get ha ha :) just google "examples of documented observations using efys" and surrey is the second listed. Happy reading ! X

Does anyone know if the audit on the surrey site is universal? it looks really good but dont want to make against it if devon critea is different though it shouldnt be you never know these days.
