hello!

just 3 yr old mindee was going to manchester with daddy ...

he said 'i'm going to boychester' and laughed.

mum says no one has ever said that before, indeed, it had never crossed my mind as a word to play with!

HELP! apart from obviously communication & language ... which bit does it cover?

i'm going to play more games swapping/changing words with him ... anyone got any funny words?

thank you! xxx

Conversation between a 4yr old and a 5yr old on way home from school -

Do you like short bread as I made it at school today?

Naaahh, never had that I think i've had long bread...that was nice (think she meant the long French bread) :)

Sorry if that's not what you meant but I thought it was amusing, how their minds put things together.

we went to see fireworks last night. My 6.5 year old said she could not see the men. which ones I asked? The ones that throw the fireworks up into the air!!!

My mindee arrived this morning, and Mum said she was upset, because Harvey was having a festival this week, and why could she not have one!! (Harvey's Festival = Harvest Festival)

A childs brain is the most amazing thing.
