birth to three matters help??

Ive got my pre-reg visit next thursday I was so prepared until she said 'not to worry you but its an extremely hard process and i will be working on the old EYFS'
i have been working on the new one and so im scared now.
any way whilst doing research i came across the birth to three matters I had never heard of this is it still implemented today? if so what is it?

Birth to 3 is not used any more.

The inspector is wrong - your pre reg must be based on the new eyfs.

Check with ofsted if you are unsure :-)
