I am starting up a child-minding business but don't have any young children of my own (all grown up) so I am starting from scratch. I have a few large items that I am not sure if HMRC would find acceptable as expenses and wondered if anyone on the forum has had similar experience. The two main items I have are:
1.Fencing off garden area and creating a covered in area to play
2.Buying an 8 seater car - it would be used for childminding 90% of the time and 10% private as we have another family car.
